Pathetic and retarted Telkom

No internet service for one week now. Phone then everyday to determine the progress of my query. Not even the person at the call center knows what to do except from reading what the system tells him/her to say. Stupid, uninformed, uns****ed, littered and Idiots with absolutely no commonsense people are working at Telkom. Account was suspended with no reason at all and I still struggle without my WIFI. I am so done and over Telkom that I don't have any good thought about them, not even a cruel word will force them to uplift their service... Pathetic and retarded. They have no pride whatsoever in there work, don't care about Hello Peter's bad reviews and just doing this over and over.
