Pathetic and no respect for Clients

I made an application online two weeks ago, I was then contacted by their consultant and finalised the application, on the 18th I got an sms that I was pre-approved, on the 19th I got another sms that said my order has been approved and I will be debited and delivered for soon. I was then debited the amount on my Bank account. Days later when I called I was informed they dont have stock, I am the one calling them everyday now and each day they have a different story, nobody calls me for feedback or update. However my account was debited a long time ago.
