Pathetic and *********** Service

I have cancelled my telkom month to month contract and have proof via email and still i get debited each month thereafter after the contract cancellation department has confirmed cancellation on email. Do not waste your time with telkom as they will rob you of your money.

Absolutely pathetic! Even when the managers are involved, the correct processes have been followed and still poor and pathetic services. Absolutely disapointed.
