Pathetic and Incompetant service

Last month I app**** online for the Telkom Unlimited Home Package. After several failed attempts of calling the company to find out when the installation will be done I finally got ahold of a lady who said that she could not even find the order yet I have already receieved the first months bill. The service I have receievd is pathetic as not one person has made any attampt to contact me regarding this. Telkom needs to employ staff that are effeceint and effective and render services that we are paying for.
