Pathetic and imcompetent.

Upgraded my LTE and asked for data multisim cards on 17 Decenber 2019.The consultant selected the incorrect type of contract, which does not allow multisims.Now I have to wait one month for the change to be made, due to in Telkom staff incompetence. This after two consultants could not tell me what is the problem.I had to demand to speak to the store manager.
