pathetic and ********** telkom

<p>on the 1st of April 2017 i went into a telkom store maponya mall to apply for a contract, i was assisted by a consultant named Linda she informed me that there was no stock i should rather go to an apple store to do the application, she then referred me to the one at Clearwater mall to get the phone then i should come back shw will assist with the porting, when i got there i was assisted by a telkom consultant his name tag was written KEO, when i went back to maponya mall for porting, when i got there linda advised that the consultant at the apple store opened 2 sim contracts under my name and registered them with 1 ime number without my consent, she then logged a call and advised that i will be cintacted in 2 to 3 business days and the porting will take 24 to 48 hours, i have been visiting telkom and calling nothi has been done till today and i want to close the contract i have with them as they did not fulfil their side of the contract</p>
