PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING ORGANIZATION

this ****ing organization doesn't give a damn about any clients service for the past 2 months im waiting on them to install and fix my line i was told in december that there is a problem with the cable they need to replace up until today the only thing they can give me is reference numbers ***!!!! is wrong with telkom such a big organization but no one knows any ****ing thing in this place the best thing i should do is go to their head office and **** everyone up because they dont care they want their money they not giving me any services that we agreed upon you are ****ing pathetic there is no other way to put it you should be ashamed to even be part of such an organization false advertising, manipulating people i have logged a formal complaint with the ombudsman this is really disgusting service
