PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING
To deal with this company is worse than dealing with GOVERNMENT BODIES - no one cares or is willing to assist and make life easier, they always push you onto the next person who is even more stupid than the last, no idea what is happening here, but the minute you say downgrade they either cut you off or tell you it can't be done,
