PATHETIC AND BEYOND

I have been trying to upgrade my contracts with Telkom Key West since Wednesday last week. They said that I could go back on Thursday which I did. Must mention I stood there for more than an hour because the consultant was sooooo slow and to top it all he got the phone wrong. When I got there on Thursday they were offline, granted it happens. They said they would phone me on Friday, they did not do that. Saturday not a beep and Sunday neither. Monday nothing... When I phoned their customer care I had to repeat myself 3 times and then they put the phone down in my ear!!!!! Pathetic is not the word I would like to use as that is not the full description of their service
