PATHETIC AGENT FROM TELKOM - CHUNA GORA

Spoke with Chuna Gora from the Billing department. Her managers name is Zanele. This agent has the worst attitude ever!!! She was screaming at me on the phone. What kind of agents does telkom hire??? This pathetic agent is behaving as if I, the customer, is at fault. I've been having issues with telkom from last Tuesday and to date my issue has not been resolved. When I spoke with agents from the technical department last week they stated that it was an issue on telkoms fault.

This agent Chuna Gora needs to be fired for the way she spoke to me. If she spoke to me in that manner, how the hell is she speaking with other customers!!!!! It's pathetic. She or telkom does not even deserve 1 star!!!!!!

I do not advise anyone to take any contracts with telkom.

I WANT SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT TO CALL OR EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!
