Pathetic after sales service

I signed up for a deal of 80Gb per month and I am only receiving 60Gb per month.

I started querying this over 3 months ago but no one at Telkom is able to assist. I keep getting told to call a different department.

I have left messages requesting managers from the call centers to call me back. No response.

I have logged calls. No response.

I have contacted the social media team. They have routed my query to the online team and now I am sitting here 20 days later with no response.

By not delivering on what I signed for you are *****ing from me Telkom!
