Pathetic advisor customer service!!

Personally feel like y’all should get rid of Inga shumane—Telkom Joburg branch she said because explain to me why she couldn’t get my billing correctly!! Requested for a manager call back till today no MANAGER HAS CALLED ME BACK !! I’m beyond livid right now with the poor level of service she gave furthermore I said the information she’s giving me is contradicting the previous advisors information and all she said was “I’m telling you what I’m seeing on my system right now” pathetic level of service as if I’m paying her!!
