Pathetic ADSL speed - congestion/high latency/dropped packets

<p>I pay for a 10Mb DSL line and for the past few years I have received almost max line speeds at all hours of the day... recently (last 1-2 weeks) it has become basically unusable... dial up would be more reliable... I have gone through 4x ISPS and it is the same thing, the latest ISP suggested I test using an Openserve/Telkom account to rule out ISP as the cause - and found it is likely my exchange.<br /><br />I now get roughly 70 Kbps downloads during normal hours, down from 700-800+, latency is about 3x what it used to be and Telkom keeps resolving my logged faults without actually doing anything.<br /><br />Telkom you make me want to cancel my line and move to another country... please fix your network or upgrade my exchange ASAP, or offer me Fibre... do something</p>
