Pathetic ADSL Service!!!

<p>For more than three months our 10meg ADSL line has beed running at 1meg speed. Last week we lost connection completely. Telkom has once again proven completely inadequately prepared to remidy this problem. All I ever get from the call centre is a useless ref number, and the promise that a technitian will look into it. And here we sit with no ADSL connection...</p>
