Pathetic

Absolutely the worst service I have ever come across - please don't buy any product or service from them. I have struggled to cancel my account since April. Instead of the call centre agent or who ever it was that received my cancellation request to send me a cancellation fee they just unanimously decide to just continue invoicing me. I have tried several times emailing them calling them (you can't get through to the call centre you must wait for approximately 30 to 40min per call) eventually calls get cut and no one calls you back because the call centre agents cannot call you back). utterly dysfunctional. I have now asked my Bank to stop the payments to them and reverse all those transactions.
