Pathetic

This is the worst service we ever had, we also have taken a Telkom contract with Mondo, it was approved and almost delivered a week later, The Courier company which is DSV kept on phoning to move the delivery. Card was delivered on Tuesday, it now more than 48 hours ago and the card is still not active. we phone Telkom no Joy, My husband emailed for them to give me the details as he is unavailable but you just dont get any joy from either Telkom or Mondo, Since tuesday I made about hundred phone calls and no 1 can give you answers, no supervisor or manager is available to speak to you, they say that they will escalate the call to Mondo. This is an absolute JOKE and pathetic service!!!!
