Pathetic

I would like to lay a complaint agains telkom mobile. I app**** for a cellphone contact end of october and still have not received anything. First they said the debit did not go off. Then 3days later they said the application was canceled. Then again 3 days later the debit went off. And this everytime i had to fone them. They give no communication. A week later i foned again. They said they gonna escalate the issue. Still nothing.a week later they said they're sending the fone after the finance department confirmed the debit went off. Im still waiting. Start of December they said they will refund me in 24hours after i had to fone them again.. Yet still nothing. No fone no refund. Monday i foned again, someone was gonna fone me in 24 hours... Still nothing. I just want my money back or the fone that i app**** for. How can they cancel a contract you app**** for, approved, debit the money, then cancel? Telkom is really pathetic. They give no communication. When you fone them They send you all around. Nobody is doing their jobs
