PATHETIC!!!

I have been waiting for my cellphone that needed repairs for a very long time. I have been to Telkom Walmer Park 4 times in the last 3 weeks. NO feedback, help, response, bad attitiudes, not assisting anyone and they eat \chips"while the customers wait in line. The systems have been off twice and multiple employees have taken my number to phone me back and let me know where my cellphone is yet I still have not recieved any response not even an sms. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL TELKOM WALMER PARK. The employees do not answer the phone!!! I am very frustrated!!! I will not take out a Telkom Contract again. I am paying for a phone that I don't even have."""
