Telkom , I have been a loyal customer to your service however over the past year I have had endless issues. I was told that an issue of mine was resolved however I am exoeriencing the same issue.

I call your call center your call center agents are useless, secondly when I request call recordings i am told that I need a court order ?

What game are you playing at Telkom? When I ask to speak to someone senior I am unable to get transferred as they say we not allowed to speak to them what nonsense is this ?
