<p>Short version: between Telkom and Mondo I really dont know who are worse. Both over promise an under deliver. Apply for a telkom contract via marketing promo. Takes two weeks of waiting on confirmation (no feedback) in the interim I get called by mondo offering me the same deal???? Ok fine I tell them im waiting on telkom and I get told no its better to use us (mondo) and this, that an the other. Ok so I contact telkom, after little to no help, its oh by the way ur application was cancelled no explination nothing. Nice, then out of the blue here is mondo same deal again, no its quick an over the phone an again here is the moon an the stars. 18.07.2017. Then 25.07.2017 they take R149 admin fee great. Its now been 14 working days an 20 in total an guess what not one phone call from mondo, ive email multiple times an everytime i call "all our agents are busy". And the dam cherry on the cake the same offer i took out is discounted for the month of Aug. Disgusted. I know im a tiny fish in a big sea, but dealing with this ppl is this pain full now, can you imagine actually having the unit an the contract. Oh no. Please cancel my application immediately and return my R149. I will take my business elsewhere. And if you send me a std temp reply. I swear im going to scream. And dont refer me to mondo as they are selling ur product.</p> <p> </p>
