PATHETIC

<p>Can I please complain about the absolutely USELESS SERVICE your store at Forest fill offers!!!! 3 hours trying to open up a cell phone contact with QUEEN who has zero Customer service s****s who is rude and has no time for customers then after waiting 3 hours for one contract to be open I get a rude call that I must come back to the shop because she forgot to take a copy of my ID and then to make matters even worse we try to port a number - NO SIM CARD is given to me so now I have to come back to this pathetic store to get even worse service from some guy behind your desk doesn't even have the anyone's number - because he is apparently new - can't even tell us who the manager is - He is beyond pathetic - your service is beyond pathetic and shocking ! I would not recommend this business to even my worse enemy ! You should really consider training your staff instead of employing *********** personnel!</p>
