Pathetic

<p>After using this platform to try and resolve my query raised in February 2017, it was followed by more empty promises. In fact, I was billed more than ever and I even got a call from a debt collector. For those reading this, dont hold you breath if you are trying to cancel your services with Telkom. They have strategically designed their processes to make it as difficult as possible and they will make your life miserable trying to resolve this. Rather pursue alternative options if you have these available. </p>
