<p>Double deductions, *********** call centre agents, unhelpful personnel at store, instore (back office) personell makes empty promises to call back, no call back!, problematic system failiures, what a big mistake to take a contract with telkom. Urgh! Your pathetic service does NOT even deserve one star! Everyone just passes the buck, no resolution to queries!</p>
