Pathetic

<p>TRJ034718 - My phone has been in for repaires since the middle of February! Everytime I phone, they say they are just waiting for the back cover, according to the system update from the repairer. It is now the 22.03.2017 and I do not have a phone! Noone can tell me where my phone is, I dont even know if it is still around anymore. Paulina advised that only the back cover has been repaired, when I sent it in because it does not switch on! I am so frustrated... I will have to go and lay a charge of theft as it seems my phone will never be returned to me!</p>
