Pathetic!!!!!

<p>I ordered for uncapped ADSL from Telkom, all was good and well, i was told to make a payment of R700 as a holding deposit to install my line, a week later i called to find out when the technician would be coming and was told that my order was cancelled. I was not informed by telkom about this! i was later told that Telkom cannot install a line for me as they plan on going wireless with everything!!! I want my money bac**** and i want answers!!! why couldnt your sales agent tell me this before payment was made!! and why does telkom then has ADSL deals on their website when they are going wireless!!! </p>
