PATHETIC!!

<p>I logged a call with Telkom two weeks ago, then I receive a call confirming that a Technician will be visiting my home to honour the call, followed by two sms confirming same. I arranged with my son to take off from work for when Telkom comes. They did not pitch at all. When I called to ask why, I was told that the call was closed because they had no stock!! I was outraged! Nevertheless booked another call. Confirmation sent via sms on Wednesday 14th that a Technician will be visiting my place on Friday. Thursday I receive an sms that a Technician will come on Friday and I must reply with "Yes" IF THIS IS OKAY!! For crying out loud! The appointment was supposed to be confirmed! Well I did not see this last sms because I was down with a terrible headach and did not check for sms's. Still taking for granted that the appointment is confirmed, I was greatful for being home and getting my phone sorted. Friday late morning I manage to check my sms, sees this shocking request for confirmation after it was confirmed both telephonically and a previous sms, and hurriedly replies "Yes". Well guess what. Telkom never pitched, so now I don't know how will their Technician come and solve the problem with no one home and I can't wait for so long to have my line fixed. I am cancelling my service with Telkom! </p>
