<p>I live in Clare estate in Durban and our telkom lines have been down since December. On the 22nd of December a complaint was lodged to date telkom has still not solved the issue. Pathetic service. They probably need to be replaced by robots.</p>

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.

Surely the repairs cannot take well over a month. We have seen the box which is damaged and have noticed that a telkom technician did not come out to work on it.
