<p>I have 2 Business Lines and an ADSL line with telkom for my Business.</p> <p>I wished to add on the call forwarding option to link the office to my cell for when we leave the office .</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to an advisor a week ago REF AI ********** and she explained that it was additional charge of R12.00 which will be added to my account. I agreed and told her to go ahead.</p> <p>i was told that i would receive an sms within 48hrs and that would be that .</p> <p>Only to call back today to find out that i need to send a copy of my ID and a business letter requesting this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you people just completely ***********.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
