<p>****ING DISGUSTED !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Waiting 3 weeks for my fibre, after technicians were there to install whatever- all of a sudden my adsl does not work. </p> <p>Spoke to 8 different consultants . </p> <p>2 case numbers - first one completed and restored without any assistance 617CRK271016</p> <p>New case number 323CRK071116 waiting for someone to call me . </p> <p> </p> <p>Never in all my days have I been exposed to such disgusting customer service. </p> <p>Your call centre agents are rude, and Thandeka (techical) 10210 had the nerve to transfer me to sales when I asked to speak to her supervisor. </p> <p>No quality whatsoever. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im utterly disappointed. After being a loyal customer for many many years to receive such disappointing service, I actually have no words. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I urgently get assistance guys. I work from home and rely on my WiFi for this. </p> <p>I've spoken to King Moss and expect feedback ASAP or i'll have to take this further up the ladder. </p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly messing with my livelihood. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
