PATHETIC!!!!!!

<p>I have recieved emails from Telkom saying I am due for an upgrade. They give me a link to click on for them to call me back. In the mail they say I can get a Sony. Then I get a number in the next email to say I am due for an upgrade so I call the number and guess what?? They dont have stock so I need to go to the store. Now the store in Witbank NEVER have polite staff they can NEVER help and they Rude. Why would I want to deal with people like that? NO ONE from Telkom what to help me do the upgrade, What can I do now?</p>
