Pathetic !!!!!

I have been without wifi for almost 2 weeks as my account has been suspended incorrectly. I have been receiving different feedback every time I call in and I have had enough now ! I need my internet because I work from home ! I have to buy data (for more than what I'm currently paying - way more!) Their service is just pathetic ! Just need them to sort this out so that I can cancel this line
