Pathetic

So after phoning Telkom with a ADSL problem phone got out down in my ear my ADSL line completely dead phone is dead been down for two days I suppose I will get billed full price even tho IV not had use of internet for last two days wonder how long will this go on if any Telkom person see's this post actually wants too help there client plz contact me so that I can get a technician out here and fix this ****
