Pathetic

A couple of weeks ago I kept getting SMS that I owe R1500 on my accout which was not true. Upon calling Telkom I was told it was a mistake and that it would be fixed.I am now cut off can't use my phone for a problem they should have fixed.They cannot even supply the number to which I supposedly owe. It is infuriating! Nobody cares and nobody to assist. I can still take poor signal from telkom but this is the last straw. I am moving<br> my account to a service provider who actually cares. In my entire life I have not dealt with such poor service and non chalancy! Pathetic and will never recommend Telkom to any one!!!
