Pathetic

It is impossible to get hold of anyone to assist you. I am either on hold for more than 30 minutes or told that it is outside working hours in the middle of the day. No one replies to "call me back" request mails and the online chat is also useless because they are not in the correct department to assist me and can do nothing further. On top of all this, their system is mostly offline. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTACT THEM?
