PATHETIC

We app**** to upgrade our ADSL to fiber, telkom providers came out and installed fiber routers and lines and boxes but have not had internet through it as yet.

Telkom says we do not have an application in for fiber- ( THEN HOW DID WE GET IT INSTALLED) must be free. now it has been over a month of phone calls and no one knows how to fix it.
