pathetic
i refer to my tel ********** 570, is not working since wed 19.09.18, reported to faults on 20.09.18 met technician Saturday 22.09.19, undertook to fix problem within 1 hour no joy on tuesday reported online 25.09.18, to today no luck, is it worthwhile having a telephone most of the time not in working order, are the technicians qualified ???
ref ********** , 26 days not working, ref ********** 9, not working 10 days, credit in may R153.50 instead of R232.92, short credit R79.00. on tuesday visited the walk in centre ballito, the from person not helpful, however atish managed to send message and call was received fromPshiamo. he too could not understand, however undertook to investigate and call to date no respose. please could you have people with substance taking my query and resolving same. when is this short credit will be appearing on my account
