Pathetic

I am tired of calling Telkom on a weekly basis to find out when they are going to sort my problem out. More than a month later and our landline still isn't working. Second time I called they told me I would have to just wait as there was nothing they could do from their side. Third time I call I'm told they will escalate it. We rely heavily on the landline which I have notified Telkom about but they don't seem to care. Telkom doesn't care about their clients because they know we cant do much about it. Their product is horrible because we always have problems. Sick and tired of calling them to sort things out!!
