PATHETIC!!!
Telkom call centre is. Pathetic I'm struggling two weeks just to get my line sorted and re activated I follow the instructions the agents give me and it still not on I'm completely disgusted. I spoke to a lot of managers a lot of agents and I'm still waiting for a call back of them.Each agent has a different story or a different issue ...then to top it off sometimes they can't do anything due system upgrade/breakdown...PATHETIC will definitely not reccomend this network to anyone
