went in to apply to apply for a business contract last week Wednesday. Pranitha said that they will contact me to let me know outcome. 6 days and no call back, when you try to call the branch, you cant because you go through to call centre. call centre said that they will get Pranita to call and still no call back.
pathethic customer service, not sure if i expected any better tho. it is telkom.
i give it 1 more day then i take my business elsewhere. im not being unreasonable, Cellc got back to me in 1 day previously. i understand that business contracts take longer but not 6 days NO COMMUNICATION!
