pathethic service

<p>This is the second review about the same thing.</p> <p>On the 18 January 2017 I got a call from a guy from Telkom he was offering me a phone which I agreed to take,we confirmed all the details and the adress where it should be delivered. I waited so long I then logged a complaint here on hello Peter and got a response from some guy who said they will investigate and nothing happened,I rep**** on the same review. And some time last week another guy from Telkom called Marvin called me and said one of their sales team will call me either last week or this week which did not happen. </p> <p>Seeing the reviews people write about Telkom. They will definitely loose customers, nobody wants a horrible service, I mean we pay for the service and get a shocking service. </p> <p>I am so disappointed, and would never recommend Telkom to anybody. </p> <p>They not taking their customers seriously. </p> <p>They have bad attitude towards their customers. They forget that without customers they won't put bread on the table for their families. </p> <p> </p>
