PATHETHIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Quite frustrated with the pathetic customer service obtained from Telkom.<br> I ordered a 4mbps dsl line from Telkom - the technician attended at my place on the 12 June 2015 to install the line. Despite 4 visits to a Telkom store and 8 phone calls to the call centre - on average speaking to 5 different people per phone call - I still do not have access to my line.<br> <br> none of Telkoms staff are able to assist me or guide me on the process required to rectify this.<br>
