Pathethic

Telkom Fibre is the absolute worse. The customer service is pathethic. I have a contract with them that has now changed with them. I called so many times for assistance and all the service agents are rude and useless. I requested a call back and someone called asked a few questions and and then puts me through a survey. After this pathethic service why would i want to stay with Telkom
