Telkom doesn't eve deserve 1 star. Ever since June of 2019 I have had endless problems with telkom regarding payment. They choose to debit you on dates that donot correspond with their invoice. Which they adv we must use. They will never resolve your complaint on hand. I have been calling weeks on ends and to date same problem. No manager. No body cares to resolve. Their agents are so confused that we the customer has to explain time and time again about the problem. We speak to 10 different person all have their on version about your account, but can never find a resolution They always say we must wait 72 hours. 72 hours for services that we pay. They rob us customers and still want to hold us liable for all unnecessary payments and charges that is ******* to charge us. I so sick n tired of telkom. They have messed my credit status so much. No apologies nothing from them. MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER.
