I live in Tongaat, north of Durban and i have not had a landline and Internet for 10 days

I have register with Faults and have received a reference number

There are alot of people that depends on me to provide free services which cannot assist them now

Please attend to this

Still no response from Telkom regarding the no internet and phone lines , its been 21 days and no assistance nor an acknowledgement from them. This is the service we pay for
