Pathectic Service at Telkom

i have just returned from a year stay in Mauritius and went to the Telkom office in Sea Point, CT on Saturday 3 December 22 to purchase an internet package. After filling out the relevant documentation i was told there was a small technical issue (R1.70 was outstanding from a previous package i had with Telkom) that needed to be cleared and this would take an hour or two. A week later the small technical issue has still not being resolved and the staff there including the Manager seem unable to resolve this matter. I'm at my wits end. My advice is STAY WELL CLEAR OF TELKOM...THEY ARE USELESS
