Patetic Service!

I went into the pavillion store to get the Hauawei p8 lite about a week ago and I was told they are out of stock. No assistance by saying when the stock would arrive or better still try and upsell another phone. Really bad service so I did my research and I see the phone was going for R169. I then called the call center and there was no answer. And I called a few times on different days amd stikl no answer. So I then called the customer care department and they tell me itt is better to go direct to the store to add the additional contract to my existing contract but when I go to the store they are out of stock. Worst service I ever received and now I am reconsidering taking out an additional contract because of the poor service... I am fed up with telkom mobile and their ****ty service!!!!!
