Patethic Service from Telkonm

Pathetic Service as usual from Telkom. Migrated my landline to wireless a month ago and have also gone onto a lte package... to this day i have not received my package and i have been without a landline and internet for the last month since it was migrated. i have spent over R1500 buying prepaid datat to use in business because of this. this is the 2nt time Telkom has done to me. Your online department is a waste of time. Pathetic service, they are all clowns, they do not know how to assist or resolve the issue. i have phoned numerous times over the last 30 days and no help whatsoever.
