Patehtic service, 4 weeks and no upgared

Telkom has pathetic service!! I have placed an order 14 September to upgrade form ADSL to Fibre (Wifi). after many calls and follow ups, consultants are telling me different stories. one day the order is placed and the next day it is cancelled. I have been waiting to speak to a manager Mel Naidoo, Thando Mantakana or Kaylin Frederick for the past four weeks, but they never in office and when they in, they on the phone. the phone drops after 30 minutes when ever I call and staff's reasoning is 'technical difficulties according to systems'. it is the 12 October, I still have no installation and have not spoken to a manager yet. I spoke to consultants Sanele Mathenjwa, Xolani and Nobuhle Ngcovo (to name a few). its been four weeks for installation which supposed to take 72 hours. if you ever considering going with Telkom, be prepared for extremely bad service and a long waiting periods. very *********** and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend anyone to Telkom.
