Patehetic service by TELKOM

I had a telkom telphone line and i moved to a new suberb so i asked them to move my line its been a year later and still im strugeling to get them to move my line i have called them several times the past year and still noting all they keep saying is they are going to escelate it but how can it take a year for them to move my line this is pathetic. They keep telling me they are going to send it to Krubasne but nothing happens
