Passport Holders Never Get Approved for Telkom Contracts. Very Bad and Disapointing!

<p>I app**** for a 5GB LTE promo contarct on the 7th of July and the service was just bad. I was served by a certain lady called Lina who coulndt even live upto her promises. She has been promising to contact me for updates but not even one day did she manage to do that. I always had to drive after work and go there physically to get the update. Some days she would be off duty and i would have to do nothing but watse my time and fuel since others said they could not help.</p> <p>After close to 3 weeks of this poor comunication and disapointments on each and every update, I went there and waited for her close to an hour only to be told that my application was cancelled without any clear explanation.</p> <p>My credit score is very good hence upto date i am even not sure why my application was cancelled. I strongly feel this was cancelled simply because i am using a passport.</p> <p>This was no the first time. Last year I app**** for a phone at Northgate and my application was again turned down. However, fair enpough they told me that my credit score was very low. As for this case, I boosted my credit score and its quite good by still no succes with TELKOM!</p> <p>I simply managed to walk away with a mere sim card simply because I like their services 100% but they always tough on passport holders!</p> <p>During the same session I reffered my friend and his service was activated instantly simply bcoz he has an ID.</p> <p>Disapointed!</p>
